  • 1.Take enough nutrition and sleep on a regular basis.
  • 2.Quit the habit of smoking.
  • 3.Take a medical check every year.
  • 4.If you have life style related disease, please consult your doctor.
  • 5.Have a well-planned training.
  • 6.Put on a wear suitable for the temperature and humidity, and hydrate yourself well.
  • 7.If you have chest discomfort, chest pain, cold pain or drift, you should quit running immediately.
  • 8.If you feel pain in the feet, knees and hips, you should take measures as soon as possible.
  • 9.If you feel uneasy about your physical condition or possibility of running the whole distance, you should have courage to quit.
  • 10.Please learn CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation).
